Real Estate is about people and their unique situations. Blanket policies and approaches don’t work. Each new encounter is unique and special and won’t happen again. This is what makes being a Realtor challenging and also a lot of fun. I focus on the specialness of each encounter and ascertain what the unique needs and requirements are for each new or prior client. I also put an emphasis on communication which includes answering my phone, email and texts promptly. I use a systemized approach with checklists just like an airline pilot to make sure all bases are covered in each transaction. I have a lot of support including transaction co-ordinators, loan officers, and admin to help make sure each transaction progresses smoothly to close. I’ve listed and sold over 1,000 homes in the Nevada, Yuba, Sutter and Butte county areas. This is a small community where one’s reputation is important. I know these areas well and my goal with clients is to be prompt and timely in communication, to be creative and leverage my years of experience to my client’s advantage.
